I got a chance to enhance the digital environment of a marketplace from iStyle.id. Creating ideas and collaborating across multiple department to improve the user experience when using our system.
The online marketplace of iStyle.id always adapting to the ever growing state of information technology, and it requires me, as a product owner to continue collaborate with technical teams and taking the initiative to create ideas, whether that is from analysis that I've done, or from stakeholders.
The feedback of stakeholders are being fulfilled in the form of ticket, which then are sorted during the biweekly scrum meeting depending on the priority.
User Journey is being attached in a ticket as a method to bridge between business and the technical teams. One of my responsibilities is to create user journey by collaborating with UI/UX team.
To ensure customer convenience, error was being analyzed using the built-in inspect element of the website, and the help of Microsoft Clarity. These Errors will be reported to the developers, which will be patched during the next deployment.

With more than 9 months total of collaborating with China Life, I was able to help both Operations and Information Technology Department with their task, and improving business operation by assisting in collboration with outside stakeholders and internal business flow
Assets that exist within the company needs to be maintained, and the company has choosen external stakeholders as a partner to collaborate with the growth of the company. To maintain this, I was tasked to overseer any faults within the system and search the appropriate vendors to deal with the task.
I Acted as the bridge between business and technical side of the company that I reside in. Collaboration with Hong Kong Branch is the most notable, where I create tickets and collaborate with Operations team to create BRF or DevOps as a method of improving the system overall capability.
